We allow service animals at Pacific Monarch.

For flexible room rates, all reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.

For non-refundable rates, reservation is prepaid and can’t be canceled. Some exceptions are made within 24 hours of booking without penalty.

Reservations with flexible rates require a deposit equal to the value of the first night’s room and tax charges at the time of booking.

For non-refundable rates, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
